Responsibility
- Lead brand strategy, pricing, and product portfolio management.
- Drive market share through effective marketing plans.
- Identify growth opportunities based on consumer insights.
- Collaborate with sales for brand strategy execution.
- Analyze competitors and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Standardize point-of-sale materials allocation and visibility.
- Monitor product display, pricing, and visibility.
- Implement marketing campaigns for increased market share.
- Manage customer relations and company presence at events.
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget.
- Conduct market research for strategic planning.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Knowledge in digital marketing, including CRM campaigns, online tracking tools, with an understanding of digital advertising metrics.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skill
