Responsibility
1. Showroom Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations of the EV car showroom to ensure efficiency and excellence in service.
• Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for showroom operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, vehicle display standards, and overall showroom ambiance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
2. Licensing and Compliance
• Manage and streamline the EV car licensing process, including government regulations and legal compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure timely approval of licenses and permits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international EV regulations.
3. Sales & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Lead the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Expand customer base through partnerships, promotions, and targeted outreach.
4. Business and Financial Management
• Set financial objectives and prepare budgets to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular business performance reports to the senior management team.
• Identify and address areas for improvement in financial performance.
5. Team Leadership and Development
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team across operations, sales, and marketing functions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
6. Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and foster customer loyalty.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Develop initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in automotive sales, showroom operations, or business management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing business functions.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and business analytics.
