Responsibility
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of engineering and construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure alignment with project objectives, company standards, and client requirements.
• Oversee and review project designs, engineering plans, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with design teams to address technical challenges and incorporate client feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a motivated project team environment.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to meet project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety guideline.
• Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Approve expenditures and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Track project milestones and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree Electrical Power, Mechanical Construction Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in senior roles within the engineering and construction industry.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
