Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT team for infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Provide mentorship and professional development for the IT team.
- Oversee resource allocation, performance reviews, and daily operations.
- Develop long-term plans for hardware, software, cloud solutions, and data storage.
- Design and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and best practices.
- Manage networks, servers, databases, and cloud environments.
- Ensure network security and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and enforce disaster recovery and business continuity policies.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to address security incidents.
- Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
- Oversee the IT helpdesk and support teams.
- Implement and improve IT service management processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
- Experience in designing and supporting IT cloud solutions.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation, PMP) are a plus.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Strong experience with network design, data center management, and system administration.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring and ITSM platforms.
