Responsibility
• Provide support to Training Manager for course development and training
• Plan, organize and conduct training for insurance sales team
• Plan, create and develop training schedule and materials
• Analyze existing training materials and makes recommendations for improvements or enhancements
• Do research and develop new sales training techniques and assessment methods
• Collect feedback from trainees about training courses
• Monitoring training programs and curriculum effectiveness
• Manage the training administration things at the respective Center
• Need to travel to different locations to conduct training if required
Requirement
• Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
• Experience in a sales position is a plus
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Additional certification in training is a plus
