Responsibility

- Create and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand market reach.
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Drive growth through targeted campaigns and business development.
- Analyze sales performance and set goals for the team.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing for seamless execution.
- Work with Business Development to explore market opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to MD.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirement

- 5+ years of experience in the petroleum industry.
- MBA degree.
- Proficiency in English and Burmese.
- Strong market analysis, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience in B2B petroleum import.
- Existing industry network.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
