Responsibility
- Define project scope, objectives, and milestones in line with business goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Identify potential risks or issues, implement solutions, and escalate as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate resources and manage budgets to meet project targets.
- Collaborate on testing (SIT and UAT) to ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Continuously improve project workflows and documentation standards.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years in project management, preferably in banking, insurance, or finance.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and experience working in Agile environments.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
