Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Determine and create advertising content for TV, radio, print, and digital media.
- Oversee marketing budget and expenses.
- Create and publish POSM in line with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and measure results.
- Monitor and report on marketing communications effectiveness.
- Communicate product vision and value to the sales team and develop sales tools.
- Review and improve current marketing campaigns within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to produce effective strategies.
- Analyze data to evaluate marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
- Support, train, and guide the sales team and colleagues on product knowledge.
- Provide management with reports and analyses.
- Analyze and forecast short-term and long-term order needs.
- Review and adjust order forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor and execute sales growth strategies.
Requirement
- 8 years of experience in related field, with a minimum of 4 years in managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.
- Strong marketing background and understanding of branding.
- Awareness of market, category, channel, shopper behavior, CRM, and category management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
