Location: Parami, Mayangone Township, Yangon.
Working Days & Hours: Mon – Fri (07:45 AM – 04:00 PM/ 05:00 PM), Fri (07:45 AM – 03:15 PM)
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the school’s visibility and attract new students.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align marketing goals with the institution’s overall objectives.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
- Manage the school’s brand image and reputation in the community.
Content Creation
- Create and oversee the production of promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and the school website.
- Develop engaging content that highlights the school’s strengths, achievements, and unique features.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize the school’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Community Engagement
- Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and community outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Market Research
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and the needs and preferences of prospective students and their families.
- Use research findings to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to marketing and admissions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and outcomes to school leadership.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and track the return on investment for marketing initiatives.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting or with a focus on youth and family audiences.
- Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and using digital marketing tools.
