Responsibility
- Operate machines to achieve high efficiency and productivity targets.
- Assist technicians in maintenance and equipment replacement.
- Perform daily checks, maintain records (startup checklist, OLQ, downtime), and report abnormalities.
- Follow safety, quality, GMP, and 5S standards.
- Support preventive maintenance and participate in skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement
- Engineering graduate, A.G.T.I Diploma, or any related degree.
- 1-2 years of factory/ engineering experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation, repair, and production techniques.
- Understanding of GMP, safety standards, and preventive maintenance.
