Responsibility

- Provisioning for new service and change request
- Backend Support for service commissioning process & work flow of products, Services
- Troubleshoot and cooperate to solve subscribers’ complaints related to service provisioning
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Support engineering team to develop, operate, and maintain backend subscriber’s management system and some activities
- Participate on Projects such as Customer B2B projects or internal maintenance/ development Projects related to managed network and others
- Explore, evaluate and recommend new technology, tool, technique and process
