Responsibility

• Develop project plan to enable monitoring and tracking of project progress.
• Manage and coordinate project initiation, requirements gathering, scope, deliverables, cost, schedule, test, and implementation.
• Manage project budget, invoicing, and payments according to plan, contractual agreement and internal policy.
• Ensure that the project deliverables meet business objectives and strategies and are executed successfully on time and within budget.
• Track project spend and deliverables closely and present regular updates to management.
• Develop and maintain project management standards and procedures with templates and tools to be used across organization.
• Track issues and risks, escalate and implement mitigations as appropriate to ensure projects remain on track.
• Communicate widely and adequately about changes and business wide impact to relevant departments.
• Adhere to IT security policy and standards within project life cycle.
