Responsibility

Summary

Overall responsible for defining, communicating and executing MFI IT strategy, IT Roadmap, Projects Plans and Policies to ensure the Company has the necessary technical capabilities and fitness to meet business needs and to gain competitive edge against our competitors. Overseeing, managing, and directing the IT team personnel on a day-to-day basis as required to support business and operational needs.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the Company’s IT Strategy, IT Roadmap, IT Plans and IT Policies, and make recommendations to the management team on the IT investments and deployment.
- Act in alignment with user needs to design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures to contribute to the Company
- Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
- Working in a consultative fashion with other department heads to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
- Creating and managing project plans and budget for the development and deployment of all technological services
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Negotiate with the technology vendors to ensure that they are offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
- Manage third party vendors to organize warranty and repairs of ICT equipment, negotiating resolutions where appropriate
- Ensure network connectivity up-time for system to function smoothly
- Acting as a strong leader who can provide guidance, mentorship to IT team members and provide feedback where necessary to the team members
