Location: Kyauktada Township, Yangon
Work Type: On-site, Full-time
Workday: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
- Provide guidance, training, and support to IT operations.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with operation departments to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide technological solutions.
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, monitor progress, and address issues.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
- Maintain knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data storage.
- Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to ensure minimal errors and compliance.
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of IT systems with other business units and external systems.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in IT operations or a similar role.
- Knowledge of IT systems and best practices.
- Understanding of data protection regulations and security standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in system analysis and design tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
