Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop and present design concepts (mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings).
- Create space plans and floor layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for contractors.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity.
- Address client feedback and make design revisions.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of ID standards and codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Experience in residential design.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
