Responsibility

- Serve as the frontline life insurance sales representative within a bank branch, offering life and health insurance products either in the branch or at the customer’s location.
- Perform Financial Needs Analysis to identify customers' insurance requirements and recommend suitable life and health insurance products.
- Achieve sales targets by collaborating closely with bank staff to enhance sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to create a robust pipeline of insurance prospects and leads.
- Partner with a sales manager and bank staff to uncover opportunities for increasing sales and enhancing customer retention.
- Work alongside a sales manager and engage in joint visits to refine sales techniques and boost performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide after-sales support to sustain customer relationships, including handling servicing, claims, and complaints.
- Comply with sales quality and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports to keep the sales manager informed of sales progress and identify areas for improvement within the branches.

Requirement

- A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with financial planning principles and practices.
- A strong focus on sales and customer service.
- Highly motivated, performance-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A team-oriented individual with outstanding relationship-building skills.
