• Review the existing policies and procedures and new policies creation
• Manage for HR Reports (Weekly/ Monthly/ Annually)
• Manage Employee Engagement
• Compliance Management
• Annual Salary and Benefit Review
• Salary Structure Review and annual updates
• Manage the performance management plan and Implementation
• Manage the Learning and Development Plan
• Manage for HRIS
• Manage for Insurance program (Local & Expats)
• Manage for the Expatriates’ contracts
• Manage salary calculation (Local & Expats)
• Manage Expats’ affair
• Employee Handbook Review, Edit and update
• Manage for ISO Standard Quality operations
• Orientation Program (Review & Revise)
• Create filing system
• Overview for Daily Operations
Requirement
• Any Graduate/ Dip in HR / MBA
• At least 10 years of experience in HR field/ at least 5 years of experience in Management field
• Influencing skill/ Negotiation skill/ Listener/ Computer skill- Word – Excel- Power Point – Email writing/ English four skills
