Responsibility
• Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and exit interviews.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
• Assist in performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and supporting performance review cycles.
• Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide necessary assistance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll processing and related tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement activities and events.
Requirement
• Any Degree
• Proven work experience as an HR assistant or in a similar role within the logistics or related industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software.
• Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
