Responsibility

- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop sales strategies, set targets, and analyze market trends to drive business growth.
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee daily sales activities, track KPIs, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and mentor sales teams, set performance targets, and conduct evaluations.
- Distribution Management: Develop and optimize distribution strategies to expand market reach.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to management.
- Sales Process Optimization: Improve workflows, implement tools, and enhance sales efficiency.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control expenses.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen partnerships, especially in wholesale channels.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirement

- Minimum 4 years of sales management experience.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree (related qualifications preferred).
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (Thai language is a plus).
