Responsibility

Executive Leadership
• Lead the development and management of IT systems and personnel across the Organization to achieve strategic goals
• Provide proactive expert advice on all IT related issues to the Chairman and the Board of Directors
• Implement the IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to support the achievement of STL’s vision, mission, and values
• Ensures the delivery of IT and information security services to the organization, through contract management, partnerships and internal IT departments
• Directs and promotes standards and policies in relation to technology, IT, security, quality, risk, and project management
• Determine the organization’s readiness for transition when there are advances in technology

IT Management
• Support the various internal clients with the technological know-how necessary to succeed in their operations
• Establish and administer organization’s policies and processes to manage and supervise the technical operations which includes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technology systems and applications supports the organizations and internal clients’ goals and objectives
• Determine the organization’s readiness for transition when there are advances in technology
