Human Resources

- Supervise and train the Fleet Management Team.
- Ensure proper management of office drivers and commercial truck crews.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training.
- Ensure team members monitor attendance, driving behaviors, and provide necessary training.
- Arrange technical training based on team needs.

Technical

- Develop and implement SOPs for operations, fuel efficiency, maintenance, and safety.
- Analyze data to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage vehicle registration, licenses, insurance, and compliance with transport laws.
- Schedule and ensure regular vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize GPS to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
