Responsibility
- Greeting customer warmly and politely
- Manage large number of incoming calls
- To prepare the daily report and report to Department Head
- Maintains customer records by updating information
- Following up to respective departments for owner complaints, defects, etc.
- Distribution the bills and letters.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Send email about the announcement and circulars to owner/ residents and stick them on notice board.
- Solving the customer complaint/ feedbacks by phone, email, in person and attending the unit on site
Requirement
- Any graduate
- Preferable experience in related field
- Well communication and written in English
- Able to operate window application well.
