Responsibility
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Develop expertise in the school's English curriculum, including its materials and policies.
• Manage and update customer records, student licenses, payments, and material orders.
• Assist partner schools with student record updates and system management.
• Oversee inventory, verify material orders, and ensure timely dispatch to schools.
• Prepare and issue invoices while coordinating payment details with customers.
• Provide regular updates to the team on orders, payments, and key operational matters.
• Travel to partner schools for on-site support as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks as required.
Requirement
• Language: Fluent in Burmese; strong English communication, especially in reading and writing.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and professionalism.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and data/inventory management.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Work Ethic: Responsible, adaptable, and able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Collaborative and efficient in team environments.
