Responsibility
• Provide legal opinions, reviews, and draft contracts.
• Ensure contract compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates.
• Support business growth with legal guidance.
• Manage legal documentation for governance and compliance.
• Monitor and advise on changes in laws and regulations.
• Lead key litigations and manage external counsels.
• Conduct training on legal issues and company policies.
Requirement
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a legal firm or in-house corporate legal department.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate and contract law.
• Proficiency in English and Myanmar languages.
• High integrity and ability to work independently.
