Responsibility
- Manage profit and loss, and maximize returns for shareholders.
- Set and implement treasury management strategies.
- Oversee investment portfolios and interbank positions.
- Manage liquidity, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
- Monitor and optimize balance sheet and financial ratios.
- Develop and control financial plans and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
- Lead the Finance Division and foster a positive work environment.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the BOD and CEO.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional diploma (ACCA, CPA, CFA).
- Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in banking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.
