Responsibility
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Update existing customer information
- Follow-up customer calls when necessary
- Document all call information according to SOP
Requirement
- Minimum (1) year of experience as Customer service/ Call Center/ Telephone Operator
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Computer skill at working level
