Responsibility
Summary
Business Development Executive is involved in product development, marketing and sale management of product and services. He/she is responsible for business development to assist in ensuring consistent and rapid growth in sales across all channels.
Sale Management
- Maintain client relationship
- Introduce products and solutions to members to help them manage and improve their business
- Responsible for channel distribution growth and support to the members
- Responsible in recruiting new members to the company
- Responsible in meeting company’s revenue budget
- Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
- Obtaining all necessary contract and membership information required from members
- Work closely with other related departments to ensure service delivery and handling all members’ feedback on service quality
- Ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally
Product Development
- Generating product and service idea from inception to commercialization
- Forming strategic partnerships with other organizations to leverage their existing networks or data
Requirement
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales or marketing or business development
- Possess good interpersonal, organizational, coordination and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and commercially minded
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
