Responsibility
- Handle and execute advertising activities through the close coordination with advertising agency and media agency and production house
- Understand media scene by closely working with media agency and propose back on media mix of each campaign
- Be able to understand, capture learning, recommend from research reports: FGDs, Brand Health Tracking, U&A and other related research projects.
- Consumer home visit to immerse consumer insight
- Market visit on regular basic in order to monitor Brand performance
- Ongoing competitor’s analysis
- Execute assigned projects and take ownership per assignments with evaluation for key learnings
- Align the brand message and nutrition knowledge across functions: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, School Team, 3rd Party Suppliers
- Execute the activities according to proof activities based on budget given.
- Monthly report on tracking of Market share, brand penetration and other learnings
- Update Advertising and consumer promotion spending as planned
Requirement
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business related fields
- 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing Field at FMCG companies
- Minimum one year in management level
- Good comment of the English Language
- Verbal and written Myanmar language skills
