Responsibility

- Installation, Configuration workstations and related devices (Routers, Printers, etc…)
- Computer, Hardware maintained (HDD, Mother Board, RAM, etc…) to ensure all functionalities are working
- Support the users issues, guidance the users for the new application software and IT related equipment (Onsite and Remote)
- Maintain, implement and troubleshoot computer hardware/software
- Install and configure appropriate software and function according to the requirements
- Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Make sure to meet IT industry standards
- Maintain IT Inventories.
