Responsibility

- Assist in coordinating multiple projects and day-to-day operational tasks
- Track and report project progress, deadlines, and updates to management
- Support alignment of projects with business and operational objectives
- Help organize and maintain project documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings and following up on action items
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Help identify risks, delays, and issues and escalate as needed
- Prepare basic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or support roles, preferably in banking or fintech
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
