Summary

Responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting life insurance agents to grow business and meet sales goals. This role combines recruiting and sales leadership, working to expand market reach and strengthen agent performance.

Responsibilities

- Agent Recruitment & Onboarding: Find, recruit, and register new agents. Organize recruitment events to attract candidates.
- Training & Development: Train agents on sales skills, products, and customer service; support agents in licensing.
- Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies with agents to drive customer acquisition and meet targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track agents’ daily activities, support sales calls, and ensure regular training.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agents and coordinate with departments to optimize services.
- Target Achievement: Set and manage agent sales goals, helping them achieve maximum business results.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in sales or agency recruitment, ideally in financial services
- Good with MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong sales, communication, and people skills
- Organized, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Motivated, enjoys meeting people, and willing to travel
