Responsibilities
- Design and execute engaging events and activities to drive agent recruitment.
- Oversee recruitment KPIs, quality control, and service standards.
- Analyze target markets and align recruitment strategies to company goals.
- Implement and manage training and sales programs.
- Develop recruitment channels and build an agent pipeline.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in agency management or insurance business development.
- Strong communication and goal-setting skills.
- Ability to analyze reports and track recruitment performance.
