Responsibility

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across the Wi-Fi/Internet, Elevator Sales, and Human Health Medicine, Animal Health Nutrition Sales sectors.
- Process Vendor Invoices and ensure accurate account code, approval and timely payment.
- Prepare and follow up accounts receivable to get in time for all business.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records, including filing and digital archiving.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
- Manage to prepare accurate account codes with SAP ‘s Chart of Accounts. Utilize MBC Software to manage account information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Respond by procedures for day-to-day transactions and need to inform Dept Head every task.
- Preparing monthly reports, requirement by Head Office and accounting standard reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
