Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate reports on branch operations, financial performance, and key metrics to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure all critical issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure all branch activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the branch’s assets and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the branch in meetings, conferences, and other official events as required.
- Collaborate with senior management to align branch operations with the company’s overall strategic goals.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
