  • Sell of our portfolio of products, services & offers for the B2C, SOHO, SE & partially the ME market segments
  • Owning the Customer relationship & customer CEX at POS level
  • Managing the Sales At POS level for all related segment customers / POS Sales target
  • P&L accountability for Direct Channels department
  • Development and management of Direct Channels department budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with branding and trademarking strategies and guidelines
  • Coach and develop his sales team to improve B2C direct channels sales, to achieve individual sales targets and customer satisfaction, inter alia by:
  • Report on sales results and to provide inputs into the B2C sales strategy, objectives and productivity, inter alia:
  • Facilitating good consultation and communication within own sales team, within the department and with other departments (B2B Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, IT, Technology, etc.); leading direct channels B2C sales meetings.

  • Bachelor Degree, MBA or Master’s Level Business Qualifications (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 7 years of working in B2C Sales, preferably in solution focused technology/telecom enterprises Expertise in physical sales channels management; High degree of knowledge of B2C sales cycles and techniques/sales cycle management
  • Professionally proficient in Burmese and English
  • Myanmar National (preferred); willingness to conduct regular travel to Mandalay region
