- Lead site operations to achieve efficiency, cost control, and compliance with Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety (EOHS) and Quality standards.
- Drive Focused Production and Reliability (FP&R) initiatives and monitor plant performance through Plant Performance Reports (PPR).
- Manage labor costs, reduce waste, and optimize resource use.
- Develop training plans to strengthen team capabilities and improve performance.
- Foster strong labor relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Maintain facilities and equipment according to company standards.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and support new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support Quality programs.
- Manage departmental budgets and promote cost-saving initiatives.
