Responsibility

Agency Management (70%)
• Managing and coordinating various activities within the agency to ensure smooth operations such as team movement, MOC and Promotion.
• Identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness improvements in operational processes.
• Development and implementation of SOPs for the agency's operations.
• Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the agency's operations.
• Assists department supervisor in identifying and providing all-round and comprehensive support and services for agents related to agents’ rewards, recognition and incentive. • Facilitating effective communication within the agency and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and priorities.
• Liaise with the department supervisor and various staff to ensure effective
• Attend cross-departmental meetings, working groups and briefings that are related to agency business.
• Participates in a range of activities related to agent services and to comply with the AIA guidelines; (e.g social media marketing and compliance)
• Handles and processes agent’ requests and enquiries effectively and efficiently; and to ensure timely delivery of services by meeting departmental benchmarks
• Prepares regular tracker/reports on agency activities to department head for review

Other responsibilities (30%)
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
• Manage other projects initiated by AIA Group that are part of Agency Operations such as Digitalization

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement changes effectively
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills communicating effectively at senior level.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues across a range of skills and expertise.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage projects simultaneously, troubleshooting to meet deadlines.
