Responsibility
- Fully responsible for General Affairs and overall Admin Management in Thilawa Office.
(Sometimes have to support to Yangon Office.)
- Manage and supervise the facility management, Fixed & Current Assets control, Office Supply Management, Car Arrangement (including private + Ferry), Vendor Management and Warehouse Management.
- Liaison with various government offices or staff for necessary permissions, tax exemption, registration, appointment, approval, and submission of monthly report. Example, Wastewater lab test report have to submit MJTD monthly.
- Propose procedures, rules and regulations to improve internal control system.
- Manage Office Furniture, Security Team, Cleaning and maintenance tasks, daily tasks like office supply.
- Need to take care for factory safety matters including people and machine.
- Create and monitor the facility to ensure that it remains a safe work environment and minimize hazards to protect employees from their work.
- Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe condition on the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organize and safe work environment, responsible for proper waste disposal.
- Risk Assessment shall be done periodically and countermeasure on all risks related to administration in Thilawa Office.
- Address plant employee's issues or grievances and develop with HR Team.
- Sharing of information if have any changes to laws and rules & regulations with Thilawa Office and Plant General Manager.
- Other additional tasks and job descriptions will be assigning by Managing Director, Plant General Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager.
Requirement
A bachelor's degree in any field. Accomplished by a diploma in management & administration, is preferred.
- At least three years working experience as an Administration Manager.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of plant administrative procedures and practices is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and the ability to maintain good relations with individuals at all levels.
