Responsibility

- Ensure accurate fuel usage and refilling.
- Provide vehicles and check rates as requested.
- Manage vehicle license and insurance renewals.
- Report weekly and monthly cash flow.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
- Recruit and test new drivers.
- Inspect and record fleet inventory.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs.
- Develop and implement a maintenance plan.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance records.
- Follow up on insurance claims.
- Report fleet expenses and performance.
- Travel as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
