Responsibility
- Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Design solutions to improve business processes and support system development.
- Conduct business analysis to support decision-making on project direction and strategy.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with IT to address project requirements or resolve issues.
- Manage defect resolution and ensure timely fixes.
- Develop and execute testing plans, coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirement
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and managing requirements.
- Advanced technical and documentation skills.
- Experience in report creation and presentations.
- Knowledge of banking or insurance applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proficient in English and interpersonal skills.
