Responsibility

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, promoting accountability and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Attend industry events to expand networks and stay updated on trends.
- Lead learning and development initiatives for the sales team.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the Travel & Tour industry.
- Proven experience in leading high-performance sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Japanese, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
