Responsibility

- Lead digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing, direct marketing, and PR.
- Collaborate closely with the digital team, brand marketing, design, and media production specialists.
- Inspire and manage the marketing team to achieve high performance and develop strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage TVC and digital video production, oversee media buying, and conduct market research for brand tracking.
- Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets.
- Control the marketing budget and campaign cost allocation.
- Routinely share strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends with the broader team.

Requirement

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, customer engagement strategies, and creative concepts.
- Analytical skills for performance assessment and strategy adjustment.
- Proficient in SEO, lead generation, and affiliate marketing practices.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role.
