Responsibility

- Design and develop training programs, including selling skills, communication, leadership, conflict resolution, teamwork, and time management.
- Training content aligns with the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry and the company’s goals.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions
- Assess the training needs of employees through surveys, interacting with team, Field working observations, and consultations with managers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them apply soft-skills in their roles.
- Work closely with HR and Senior Managers to understand training needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.

Requirement

- Science Graduate/ B. Pharm/ MBBS with training certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in training and development preferably in Pharma industry
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
