Responsibility
- Monitor, manage, and improve the efficiency of functions such as Finance, Admin, IT, HR, and Operations.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between staff and BOD.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.
- Work with the BOD to set long-term goals and priorities.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and followed.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company and prepare and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Monitor financial performance, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Report financial and operational performance to the BOD regularly.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Resolve escalated incidents and crises arising from day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental laws.
- Provide suggestions for business growth and coordinate and monitor the work of various departments.
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Dy CEO & BOD.
Requirement
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field required
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Senior management is preferred
- Having experience in FMCG is a plus
- Good command of English 4 skills
