Responsibility
- Coordinate client meetings for expiring, terminated, and renewal service contracts, presenting proposals for new contracts.
- Collect customer details for contract negotiations, follow up on proposals, and review submitted contracts.
- Negotiate contract prices, approve service invoices, and ensure timely collections and deposit.
- Address customer complaints in collaboration with the installation department.
- Monthly reconciliation of collection and outstanding invoices with the accounting department.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Requirement
- Any bachelor's degree or Business Management Diploma
- Have over 5 years experiences in Sales Management Level.
- Able to handle business unit.
- Communicable English language skill
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, persuasive and goal oriented.
