Responsibility

• Controlling right cost center and right cost unit
• Monitoring inventory control and process
• Preparing monthly, yearly financial closing and providing updated information of business process changes to finance & treasury function
• Preparing monthly and quarterly tax report and tax return filing
• Preparing a monthly report which highlights the financial results of each business unit, suppliers versus budget/forecast, stating the reasons why targets are not met
• Taking responsibility of financial forecasting and budgeting of business units
• Analyzing Profitability and financial impact on new business development, Monitoring and Evaluating
• Implement and monitor ongoing progress of business unit process re-engineering, automation and control Improvement
• Presentations and analysis of results of the Business Unit for Monthly Meeting.
