Responsibility

- Review the current HR policies & procedures in alignment with Government rules and regulations, and advise the HR strategies
- Handle the recruitment process (planning, strategy development, searching, screening CVs, interviewing, selecting, job offer)
- Handle the monthly payroll management
- Supervise the whole HR operations
- Implement performance review procedures
- Identify and manage regulatory risks by working together with management and employees

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred Diploma in HR or MBA)
- Minimum three years of experience in a related position
- Have Knowledge of the Government’s laws and regulations (labor legislation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
