Responsibility

- Oversee production planning, materials coordination, warehouse, and customs operations to ensure efficient manufacturing and compliance. - Lead teams across planning, logistics, and warehousing.
- Develop and manage production and material plans aligned with business targets
- Monitor and adjust daily schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory
- Coordinate with operations, quality, engineering, and sales teams to ensure production goals
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Handle import/export operations and ensure customs compliance
- Lead warehouse operations and oversee team performance
- Communicate with suppliers and manage purchasing plans
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Report planning performance and recommend improvements
- Manage department budget and spending
