Responsibility
- Preparing daily attendance, leave, and OT data for payroll input.
- Administering monthly payroll, personal income tax, SSB, and salary adjustments.
- Supporting HR initiatives to enhance workplace engagement and efficiency.
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Organizing performance appraisal and bonus/salary adjustment calculations.
- Handling HR documentations such as warning letters, approval forms, and employee records.
- Coordinating exit interviews for worker-level staff.
- Maintaining updated personnel files in both soft and hard copies.
- Liaising with labor and government offices.
- Preparing manpower and daily HR reports.
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by the HR Assistant Manager or HR Manager.
Requirement
- Any graduate (HR Diploma Holder is desirable).
- One year working experience in HR related fields.
- Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge on HR policies, Government Law and Labor Law.
- English Level B1.
- Prefer candidates with working experience in Thilawa SEZ.
