• Source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends to identify savings and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and pricing data.

Supply Chain Operations
• Oversee demand planning, ordering, and logistics to ensure smooth supply to outlets.
• Manage distribution, transportation, and warehouse operations for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with teams to align procurement with operational and seasonal needs.
• Apply best practices for cost control, risk reduction, and sustainability.

Inventory & Cost Management
• Implement inventory controls to maintain optimal stock and minimize waste.
• Track budgets and procurement costs with Finance.
• Ensure accurate documentation of stock and procurement activities.

Vendor & Compliance Management
• Set and track vendor KPIs for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce risk through proactive planning.
